Vendor Knowledge Base
Complete the Vendor Application Form with accurate business information. Our team will review your application, and if approved, we'll create your vendor account and email you your login credentials.
From your dashboard, you can:
- View new bookings
- Update pricing
- Set your working hours
- Track earnings
All new bookings are automatically marked as Approved by default. After completing the service, the vendor must update the booking status to Completed.
Customers pay a deposit online when making a booking.
After completing the service:
- The customer pays the remaining balance directly to you on-site.
- The online deposit is released according to CarWashBooker's payout process.
To remain in good standing on CarWashBooker, vendors are expected to:
- Honor confirmed appointments
- Provide the services advertised
- Maintain accurate pricing
- Treat customers professionally
- Keep business information current
- Follow all applicable local laws and regulations
Poor service, or policy violations may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.
Eligible payouts are processed according to the CarWashBooker payout schedule.
