CarWashBooker Terms of Use

1. Overview of Services

CarWashBooker is an online marketplace that connects customers seeking professional car wash and auto detailing services with independent car wash businesses throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.

CarWashBooker facilitates appointment scheduling and online deposit collection but does not provide car wash or detailing services. All services are performed by independent Vendors.

Vendors are not employees, agents, or representatives of CarWashBooker.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform as either a Customer or Vendor.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers must create an account using accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity occurring under your account.

4. Booking & Deposit Payment Policy

4.1 Booking Process

Customers select a Vendor, choose a service, select an available appointment time, and confirm the booking by paying the required online deposit.

4.2 Deposit Amount

The required deposit is displayed before checkout and is applied toward the total service cost.

4.3 Admin Commission

CarWashBooker deducts a $7.00 flat platform commission from every booking deposit to cover operating costs.

This commission is non-refundable, including cancelled appointments.

4.4 Remaining Balance

The remaining service balance (full service price minus deposit) must be paid directly to the Vendor after the service is completed.

4.5 Example

• Service Price: $45
• Deposit Paid: $17
• CarWashBooker Commission: $7
• Vendor Deposit Credit: $10
• Customer Pays Vendor On-site: $28

4.6 No-Shows

Customers who fail to attend a confirmed appointment without rescheduling will forfeit their deposit.

5. Vendor Accounts & Onboarding

5.1 Vendor Application

Businesses wishing to join CarWashBooker must complete the Vendor Application Form. Every application undergoes manual review before approval.

5.2 Account Creation

Approved Vendors will have their account created by CarWashBooker. Login credentials will be emailed to the address provided during registration.

5.3 Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide quality services.
• Maintain accurate pricing and availability.
• Collect the remaining balance directly from Customers.
• Maintain required licenses and insurance.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

6. Vendor Deposit Payout Policy

6.1 Vendor Deposits

Completed bookings qualify for weekly Vendor deposit payouts after deducting the $7 platform commission.

6.2 Payout Schedule

Vendor payouts are processed every Friday for completed bookings from the previous week.

6.3 Payout Method

Payouts are issued through the Vendor’s registered PayPal account.

6.4 Eligible Bookings

Only completed appointments qualify for payout. Cancelled, disputed, or no-show appointments are excluded.

6.5 Remaining Balance

The on-site payment collected directly from Customers belongs entirely to the Vendor.

6.6 Payout Disputes

Vendors must report payout discrepancies within 2 days of the payout date.

7. Reviews & Ratings

Customers may leave reviews after completed appointments. Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and based on genuine experiences.

CarWashBooker reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false information.
• Avoiding platform fees.
• Harassing or abusing users.
• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

CarWashBooker serves solely as a booking marketplace connecting Customers with independent Vendors.

CarWashBooker is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of Vendor services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarWashBooker’s liability is limited to the fees paid directly to CarWashBooker for the booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

CarWashBooker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, repeated cancellations, abuse, policy violations, or activities harmful to the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
